Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use the TechKhwa Academy website or enroll in one of our batches. By enrolling, you agree to them.

Enrollment

• Your seat is reserved when you submit the enrollment form, and confirmed once we verify your payment.
• Please give accurate details. We use your email and WhatsApp number to send class links and updates.
• We may decline or cancel an enrollment if payment cannot be verified.

Coupons and discounts

• Coupons are valid only for the courses and dates shown when they were issued.
• Unless stated otherwise, each coupon can be used once per person and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Coupons have no cash value.

Classes and recordings

• Classes are held live on Zoom on the schedule shown for your batch. We may reschedule a class with advance notice.
• Zoom links and recordings are for enrolled students only. Do not share them.
• Recording, redistributing or selling course material is not allowed.

Conduct

Be respectful to instructors and fellow students in classes and batch groups. We may remove anyone who disrupts classes or harasses others, without a refund.

Certificates

Certificates are issued to students who complete the batch requirements, such as attendance and the final project.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
