Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your batch. If it isn't right for you, these rules apply.

Before the batch starts

Cancel before the first class and we refund your fee in full.

After the batch starts

• Cancel before the second class and we refund 50% of your fee.
• After the second class, fees are not refundable, but you may ask to move to a later batch once.

If we cancel

If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.

Discounted and free enrollments

Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid. Free enrollments through a coupon are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Send your enrollment reference to hi@techkhwaacademy.com or WhatsApp +92 345 8826673. Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days to the account you paid from.
